Digilent Usb Jtag Cable Drivers

I am trying to install the Digilent drivers for JTAG and Serial Port on a Windows 7 system (the product is the Synopsys ARC EM Starter Kit). The USB Serial Port driver (Serial Converter B ) installs correctly and I can get output on Putty. Download Here. The Digilent Plug-in for Xilinx ® tools allows Xilinx software tools to directly use the Digilent USB-JTAG FPGA configuration circuitry. Xilinx iMPACT™, ChipScope™ Pro, EDK Xilinx Microprocessor Debugger (XMD) command line mode, and EDK Software Development Kit (SDK) are supported by the Plug-in. Refer to www.xilinx.com for more information about these Xilinx design tools.

Also, it would be nice if McNeel informs all its users whether it’s safe to go with Windows 10 before 29 July 2015, when the upgrade rolls out. Hi Dale, I’ve been using my R+F licenses on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit since last 3 years. Crack dlya rhinoceros 5. Over time I felt upgrades from Microsoft has made Win 7 more stable and better than ever. I’m particular about keeping my work computer in great and lean shape.

Description If the Xilinx USB/Digilent cable driver was not installed when installing Vivado Design Suite or if the Xilinx USB/Digilent cable driver is disabled, is it possible to reinstall the driver without a full reinstallation of Vivado?

Has anyone seen this issue before? It would be helpful for Xilinx to look into why things are failing, especially if Xilinx wants to push Linux on the Zynq 7000 devices.

I think an important distinction may have been lost here, between: • Linux version running on a host development system (where the USB JTAG cable driver would be running) • Linux running on a target (e.g. Zynq 7000) device These are entirely different and separate sets of contexts, needs, and requirements. This aside, dyessgg's main point seems valid. Inconsequential distinctions should not be used as a blanket excuse or fig leaf for witholding meaningful user support. -- Bob Elkind.
